WHAT DO WE NEED?

  • High resolution images of floor plan & property

  • Full description of the property for sale

  • For other languages (except English & Mandarin), please supply us with the wordings

 

Video delivered within 3 working days, from the time all information have been received.

Video duration ~ 1.5 minutes – 2 minutes (max)

Video delivered as a link to download the video on Dailymotion or a Youtube link.

 

Terms of Service:

  1. All clients will be required to pay in full before work commence.

  2. All products and services will be delivered within the time frame as outlined in the Pricing and Terms (above).

  3. Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.

  4. Any additional fees will be advised to you before undertaking any services.

  5. All fees for service are exclusive of GST.

  6. Videos will be supplied in watermarked, until full confirmation from you (the paying customer) has been made at which time the video without a watermark will be released.

  7. Cancellation of more than 3 hours from receiving all the necessary information will not be eligible for refund.

  8. All Packages guaranteed to be to your complete satisfaction. If you do not accept the work is of a satisfactory quality you will be refunded all.

  9. Payment must be made in accordance to the terms set out on the invoice particulars.

  10. We (RE Videos), retain the right to use any and all content created by us during the provision of services, for the purposes of promotion and as part of our portfolio. The purposes of promotion include the right to display in all print and online media platforms owned and controlled by RE Videos. At your request, as the customer, we will refrain from using the images for the aforementioned purpose for up to 90 days.
